Software License and Service Agreement

1. Important Notice

Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using AnimalFinder. By registering, logging in, or using the application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all future updates.

2. Account Registration

• Users must register an AnimalFinder account before using the service.
• Registration may require a mobile phone number and device identification information.
• AnimalFinder may reject applications involving fraudulent registration, abuse, or previously banned users.
• Personal information may be collected to provide services and improve user experience.

3. Account Cancellation

• Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• All associated content, records, and information may be deleted or anonymized.
• Users should back up any important information before cancellation.

4. Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Users must not transfer or authorize others to use their account.
• Any losses caused by improper password management are the user's responsibility.

5. User Representations and Warranties

Users must comply with applicable laws and must not upload, publish, or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content.

6. Service Content

AnimalFinder reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates laws, regulations, or platform policies.

7. Termination of Service

AnimalFinder may suspend or terminate services for users who violate this Agreement, provide false information, or otherwise misuse the platform.

8. Changes and Interruptions

AnimalFinder may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of its services without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

9. Amendments

AnimalFinder may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Disclaimer and Indemnification

Users assume all risks arising from the use of the service and agree to indemnify AnimalFinder for damages caused by violations of this Agreement.

11. Privacy Statement

AnimalFinder respects user privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
• Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation.
• If consultation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court where AnimalFinder is located.
